To restrict specific IP Addresses from accessing the system:

1) Open Personal Firewall
2) Right click the Restricted Internet IPs option
3) Click Add IP Addresses
4) Add the IP Address of the computer you wish to restrict
5) Click OK at the bottom to get back to the main Personal Firewall window
